Learn The Proven System To Becoming Hireable & Getting Noticed.

The greatest challenge to becoming a Game Artist is developing a body of work that PROVES you can do the job.

Traditional art schools fail.

Online classes leave you to figure things out on our own or to copy the teacher.

YouTube, subscription sites, and tutorials are useful but…

… they fail to provide the guidance and the feedback that Artists need to grow…

On your own… alone…

… it’s easy to drift…  get overwhelmed… and finally, quit…

… but that would be a mistake…

… Because there is a way!

See, most Artists that dream of getting a job in the game industry don’t realize that there is one obstacle standing in their way.

And it is Not what you think?

What is it?

Well, before I tell you, let me ask you a question:

If you’ve wanted to get a job as a Game Artist

Or if you’ve got one and you’re not where you want to be…

…which of these applies to you:

  • You’re always taking classes and focused on being able to “control” your abilities?

  • You’re always criticizing your work and unable to finish anything because it’s never good enough?

  • You’re so focused on the future and whether you’ll ever make it or not that you find it hard to complete projects?

That’s because you’re stuck in:

Amateur Mindset

The Amateur Mindset is a way of thinking about your work and all the things someone needs to be good at their job (it’s just not necessarily the same stuff you need to create great art.)…

In fact, it’s a mindset that puts Artists (just like you) on the path to pain, frustration, and confusion from the beginning…And leads to a lot of wasted time & energy along the way.

An “Amateur Mindset” is what keeps you stuck Working on your art and not making it.  As an amateur, your goal is MASTERY, but game arts is far to complex to master all of it BEFORE you even get that job. Your core strategies of “being better” and “knowing more” simply lead you to avoid doing the work that will actually make this happen. I don’t have to tell you but this is a broken strategy!

  • Amateur’s want to get better… acquiring strategy after strategy… waiting till you can “do it the right way”.

  • Amateur’s never feel they are ready… searching for that next thing they must learn… taking those jobs you don’t love… working for other people’s vision… Getting job performance reports for doing something you never dreamed about doing.

  • Amateur’s judge themselves… never good enough… not as good as that guy/ gal…  and unable to commit to their own greatness.

The Amateur Mindset must give way to the…

Professional Mindset

Work Smart!

Being a Game Artist is a job and you need to treat it like a job to be successful.
That means, stop treating it like your little art project and start producing work within a time frame.
This is as much of a mental game as it is anything else and once you start thinking like a Game Artist you’ll start acting like one too.

Professionals know their job is to produce work within a team…

Amateurs think they need to know and do everything themselves.

Professionals are excited to add value to their team and not their egos…

Amateurs focus on their ArtStation follows.

Professionals produce results within a timeframe…

Amateurs get caught up in trying to do things "right"…

Professionals know that it’s essential to marry creativity with achievability …

Amateurs drift from project to project unable to finish anything.

Professionals know that feedback is priceless…

Amateurs think they just have to learn more skills.
