Learn how to apply practical workflows to create a 3D printed miniature, from concept to table top, with one of the Industry’s leading artists, Tom Lishman. Tom has been sculpting and modeling miniatures for more than 7 years and currently works as a Digital Sculptor at Steamforged Games.
Tom will teach you the workflows for sculpting miniatures for 3D printing and will guide you through all stages. You will learn all the steps in the pipeline and understand how to prepare your character for cutting and printing.
This course on From Concept To Table Top will consist of six modules of pre-recorded lessons and live Q&A sessions every week. You’ll learn core miniature sculpting workflows and be part of a community of artists working to achieve next level quality in their work.
What You’ll Learn
The course will go through the full process of modeling and sculpting Miniature Characters for 3D Printing, starting with interpreting a concept, blocking in and sculpting the character, clothing and accessorizing the character, then cutting and preparing for printing.
